Bid zero, take no tricks at all, and your side earns a hundred points on top of your partner's bid.

Tricks and trump · 4 players in two partnerships
Spades is the partnership trick game where spades always win. You and your partner promise how many tricks you will take, then fight to keep that promise without taking too many extras, because the bags add up.
Spades is one of the 21 games in Cards Royale.

How it plays
Four players each get thirteen cards, and everyone bids a number from zero to thirteen, starting left of the dealer, with no passing allowed.
Follow suit if you can, otherwise play anything, and the highest spade or the highest card of the suit led takes the trick.
Make your bid for ten points a trick, fall short and lose ten a trick, and the first side to 500 points wins.
Did you know? Spades took shape in the United States in the 1930s and spread with American soldiers during World War II.
The moments you play for
Four friends and a long evening.
Bid zero, take no tricks at all, and your side earns a hundred points on top of your partner's bid.
Every overtrick is a bag worth one point, but every ten bags your side collects costs you a hundred.
You cannot lead a spade until one has been played, so the first trump on the table changes everything.
